First of all, thank you for this brilliant extension!

Everything is working very good, I am using Rquote Component 3.2.0, Joomla 3.9.2, which is running under a Ubuntu 16.04 and Apache 2.4.18, Mysql 5.7.25-0ubuntu0.16.04.2, PHP 7.2.14-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1. There is just one thing that didn't work as expected:

I created some categories, but when creating quotes, the dropdown list to choose the category shows only one, when it should show all of the categories created. I tried to use sub-categories and main categories, but it always lists just one, even if I unpublish it.

That would be nice to have more than one Category to organize things.
