Strange character displaying in module

The text inside module is showing:

Go where you are celebrated � not tolerated. If they can�t see the real value of you, it�s time for a new start.

How to remove these ? boxes.

I checkd the text file, it has no such characters there.

I get those characters sometimes when I copy text from something like Word, which uses fancy apostrophies, and the editor doesn't recognize them.

Please make sure all your files are saved in UTF-8 format
